Where is Psyche made?

Farmed, pressed, and packed in Messenia, Greece — one of the most storied olive-growing regions in the world. From grove to pouch, nothing leaves our hands.

Why the plastic pouch packaging?

We designed around freshness and sustainability. The pouch blocks light and oxygen completely, the two main culprits of degradation. No microplastics, no glass (which is far more energy-intensive to produce and ship than you'd think), and lighter weight means a smaller carbon footprint in transit. Made from upcycled plastic and fully recyclable. Good for your oil. Good for the planet.

What does "single estate" mean?

Every batch comes from a single farm, not a blend of farms, regions, or countries. It's the highest standard of traceability in olive oil. You know exactly where your oil came from, and so do we.

Why does it have a spicy finish?

That peppery kick at the back of your throat is a sign of quality, not a flaw. It's caused by polyphenols, the antioxidants that make extra virgin olive oil good for you. A great EVOO should be buttery and rich up front, with a pleasant spice at the finish. What you don't want is rancid — the flat, waxy taste that comes from oil sitting in clear glass or plastic squeeze bottles. That's what most people are used to. This is different.

Can I use Psyche for everything?

Yes! Sauté, roast, drizzle, finish, dip, or drink it straight. A truly high-quality olive oil doesn't need a backup. If you've ever bought a "cooking olive oil" and a "finishing olive oil," you were compensating for low quality. One great oil does it all.
